Why should I book villa with Villa in Asia?
We work independently from any villa groups. Our villas are suitable for budget up to luxury villa. We do  the site inspections regularly, we have our own rates and we keep the information up to date to meet  customer satisfaction. We have many repeater customers.
The price you see on the website is the price you pay – there are no hidden extras in our prices.

How can I make a booking?
Bookings can be made online. Reserving a villa online is the quickest method of making a booking. Sometimes a small number of properties featured on Villainasia.com, such as smaller private villa, cannot offer a lot of online availability due to the risk of overbooking. This means that we can still offer you the great value prices, we will suggest you another villa which is more or less similar with your requirement villa that you have chosen. Any special requests you make online are sent to the villa but cannot be guaranteed.

If I have specific requirements can I still make a booking with you or is it easier to book with the villa directly?
No, it is still easier to make a booking with us. Villa in Asia will try and ensure all your requirements are met regardless of how complicated they may appear.

What happens when I make a reservation?

Once you have chosen the accommodation you would like to book and ensured that your arrival date and length of stay is correct you will be asked to provide a few personal details. As soon as you have confirmed your booking we will email you and send you the invoice. 50% downpayment is needed to secure the booking and the balance payment is required about 30 days before arrival.

Do I need to confirm my booking directly with the villa?
You are not required to confirm your reservation with the villa. Once you make a reservation then we inform you and the villa to confirm the booking.

How long does confirmation take?
Confirmation of your booking should be received in 2X24hrs. However some of the private villas that organized individually by the owner of the villas sometimes take a little bit longer. But Villa in Asia will always inform you if this is a case which is rarely happen.

Prices and Payment :

Do I make payment with you or the villa?

You pay through us. Each villa's individual cancellation policy will inform you whether they require a deposit or full pre-payment.

What currency will I have to pay in?
The currency which you make payment will be the currency of Euro.

Are taxes included in the rate?
It will be appear in the page of the villa you have booked. Some Countries will charge tourist tax which will not be included in the villa rate. In these cases, the villa will specify the extra charge with their villa details.

Why do the prices differ by day or from the last time I checked the website?
Villa in Asia is all about getting our customers a villa that they wish to stay. Villas will vary their prices depending on how busy they are, which can mean villas will offer different rates for different dates.
Because the villas have complete control over the rates and availability they offer, prices can fluctuate at anytime, even right up to the moment of your stay. However, the price you have booked is always the price you will pay.

Is breakfast included in the rate?
Not all villas will offer breakfast in their rate. All rates vary greatly between each villas, especially what is included in the offer price. For example,villa only,  dinner, villa and breakfast.
Each villa is very clear on what the villa rate includes. Once on the villa’s details page, each villa type displayed will state what is included in the price you pay.

Website Security & Privacy Policy:

What do you do with my personal information?

Your personal information and card details will be in our reservation, but nowhere else. Any information entered into the online booking page or given over the telephone is securely encrypted and protects your personal information from being tampered with. We will keep your details expect your security code and booking information on file indefinitely after you have made a reservation. This is to assist in any customer service issues that may arise and to ensure that we meet any legal requirements relating to tax, etc.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Villa in Asia do not currently offer airport transfers to the villa. However, the villa may offer a transfer service for guests so it's worth contacting us before you book so we can enquire on your behalf.

How do I leave a villa review?
To submit a villa review you must have booked through Villa in Asia and stayed at the villa. Once you have stayed at the villa we will send you a personal email (using the email address you provided at the time of making your booking) so that you can submit a review your stay. Upon booking you will be asked for a valid email address.
