Villa Jeda is situated in the village of Pemuteran, a famous dive site in the northwest of Bali, a three hours drive from Ngurah Rai Airport. Villa Jeda is the collective name for three separate luxurious villas, built on two hectares of land with fantastic views of the mountains, the ocean and the volcanoes of East-Java. The villas have spacious living and dining areas and are surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens with magnificent mountain views in the background. All Jeda villas have a private pool, a terrace and a traditional gazebo. The three villas are built on the base of a mountain ridge of West Bali National Park (90 meters above sea level) and have a view on Pemuteran and the ocean at a distance of 900 meters. In the distance you can see five volcanoes of East-Java  especially at night during bright sunsets.
The villas have thatched roofs and are designed in traditional and modern architecture. There are two 3 bedroom villas and a 2 bedroom villa. One 3 bedroom villa is more compact than the other villas. This villa has a larger terrace (151m2) and garden (1 ha). The villas are similar in style and design. Jeda Villa - 'Jeda' means 'pause' in Balinese - is the perfect place for a serene holiday.

Villa AyoKa is located in desa Belalang near Kedungu Beach, a popular surfing beach in the south of Bali, about an hour's drive from Ngurah Rai airport. Villa AyoKa is part of Villa Ayo and is a private villa with two bedrooms. From the villa it is about 950 meters to Kedungu beach and the world famous temple Tanah Lot is only five minutes by moped.
In front of the complex there are  rice fields and just behind those  you can overlook the ocean, at the back the mountain peaks rise and the complex is surrounded by rice fields.
AyoKa villa is the larger of the two villas and has a private garden of 800 m2. The villa is designed in a traditional Javanese Bali-style combined with the luxury of the present days with a wonderfully decorated spacious tropical garden. The living room is an authentic Javanese Joglo house, the bedroom and the viewing tower have thatched roofs.
